Day 1

Start of tour in London

Welcome to London and the first day of the Superior Europe tour! Arrive at the hotel this morning and meet up with the Tour Leader and tour group. The adventure starts with a city tour of London. Admire landmarks such as Tower Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral before enjoying an included British roast lunch at a local pub. Up next is the iconic Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace! This evening, join your tour leader on an orientation tour of Brick Lane before enjoying free time at Spitalfields Market. If Victorian history and true crime fascinates you, choose to join our unmissable, immersive Jack The Ripper private tour which includes a drink at the famous Ten Bells pub.

Day 2

London - Paris

This morning, it’s time to travel from London to Paris. Cross the English Channel and travel through to the French capital. Arrive and enjoy a driving tour of “The City of Lights” which showcases the city’s best landmarks including the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and more! In the evening, sit down for a group dinner at a restaurant in the city. This is the perfect time to plan what you’d like to see on tomorrow’s free day. Be sure to get some rest tonight - there is a full day of travel adventure waiting to be enjoyed tomorrow!

Day 3

Paris Free Day

The wonderful thing about Paris is that there is so much to experience, regardless of the time of day, or season! Explore on your own and soak up the city or join a full day of exploration in Paris! The Paris+ excursion showcases the iconic sights and experiences this city is famous for including the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Opéra Garnier and more! A macaron tasting and perfume museum tour are included too. You will also cruise down the River Seine with an included lunch and get a bird’s eye view of the city from the Montparnasse Observation Deck. In the evening, choose to join an evening tour of the beautiful Montmartre area and watch a fabulous cabaret show!

Day 4

Paris - Burgundy - Swiss Alps

Au revoir Paris! Today, it’s time to sample a taste of small-town France with a lunch stop in Burgundy. Explore the town of Beaune and visit the beautiful Hospices de Beaune or try wine that the region is famous for! After lunch, take a long scenic drive across the border into Switzerland and head towards the Swiss Alps. Admire the alpine forests, beautiful lakes and dramatic mountains! Arrive in the Swiss Alps - home for the next two days!

Day 5

Swiss Alps: Free Day

It’s a guaranteed snow day! For 365 days of the year Jungfraujoch is covered in snow. Your tour leader can arrange a full-day optional excursion to the “Top of Europe” - see the spectacular glacier and enjoy the incredible views! The journey up the mountain is a highlight in itself, providing panoramic views of mountains, lakes and glaciers. Alternatively, spend the day exploring at a lower altitude. Explore the local town, enjoy sight-seeing, souvenir shopping and don't miss your chance to indulge in Swiss chocolate! Spend your free day wandering and breathing in that crisp, fresh, Alpine air! Join the optional Swiss dinner tonight to tuck into traditional Swiss food!

Day 6

Swiss Alps - Pisa - Tuscany

It’s time to swap snow for gelato as this European tour continues! Leave the mountain adventures behind and travel towards stunning Italian vistas. Capture your iconic shots at the Leaning Tower of Pisa! A World Heritage UNESCO Site, this famous building is visited by tourists from every corner of the globe and is one of the most popular cultural European landmarks. Next, continue onwards to the exquisite Tuscan region - famous for wine, food, art and architecture. Arrive and settle in Montecatini Terme, a spa town north-west of Florence. Time for a local wine or two!

Day 7

Tuscany - Florence - Rome

Continue the journey through the beautiful Tuscan region. Today’s first stop is Florence. Enjoy an orientation tour of this captivating Renaissance city that is famous for its art and history. Then, visit a leather making workshop and watch expert local craftsmen at work before enjoying some free time to explore this enchanting city on your own. Alternatively, join the optional excursion and delight in a delicious family-style Tuscan lunch. Following Florence is Italy’s capital city - Rome! Arrive and enjoy free time to explore this fascinating and ancient city. Meet up with the group in the early evening and enjoy an included dinner.

Day 8

Rome: Free Day

Today is a free day for you to experience Rome's ancient history, exquisite culture and delicious food. Why not use your free time to visit the Colosseum and Roman Forum on an insightful, locally guided tour? You also have the option of joining our 'Conquer the Capital' excursion, seeing sights including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, and enjoying a delicious lunch and gelato tasting. Alternatively, explore on your own and visit the Vatican City to explore the smallest country in the world and see the famous Sistine Chapel (don’t forget to look up and marvel at the famous ceiling painted by Michelangelo!).

Day 9

Rome - Venice

Enjoy the marvellous diversity of the Italian landscape as the tour travels onwards to Venice! A truly unique city, Venice is perched across 118 islands and is known for its canals, gondolas, Venetian masks, piazzas, art, and traditional glass and lace making. Get to know the city on an orientation tour and see the world-famous St. Marks Square, Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. The evening is yours to wine and dine as you wish. Top the night off by exploring Venice the traditional way - from the canals! Your tour leader can arrange gondola and water taxi rides that give you a completely different perspective and appreciation for the amazing floating city!

The tour concludes this morning after breakfast. Day 10

Venice - Munich

Guten Tag! It’s time to travel to Germany. Today’s final destination is Munich, the vibrant capital of Germany’s Bavaria region. While Munich is most well known for being home to Oktoberfest, the city has a long, storied past filled with fascinating history. Enjoy an orientation tour of Munich with your tour leader to see the highlights and learn more about the modern and ancient history of this city. Tuck into dinner in a traditional German beer hall this evening!

Day 11

Munich - Rhine Valley

The German adventure continues this morning! Head towards the enchanting Rhine Valley. Arrive in one of the most picturesque areas along the Rhine River and enjoy a stunning cruise along the Rhine River. This part of the valley is home to the most concentrated stretch of castles in Europe! Take in the views of the striking cliffs, medieval castles and historic vineyards along the river banks. The cruise ends in Boppard, a UNESCO World Heritage town known for its incredible wine. Sample some of this excellent wine and learn about the Rhine Valley varietals with an included tasting. Finally, check into the hotel for the evening and enjoy an included dinner.

Day 12

Rhine Valley - Amsterdam

Bid Auf Wiedersehen to Germany this morning as the tour makes its way to the Netherlands! Stop in the Dutch countryside and learn about some of the country’s most famed local products. Taste delicious Dutch cheese and discover how traditional clogs are made. Then, visit the Riekermolen Windmill for some memorable photos! Then, it’s time to explore Amsterdam, the vibrant capital of the Netherlands. Get acquainted with the city’s highlights on a canal cruise. Relax while sightseeing from the water and learning more about Amsterdam as you cruise. Enjoy some free time before tonight’s dinner which is at a local restaurant.

Day 13

Amsterdam - Bruges - London

Say farewell to Amsterdam as the tour continues. Today’s first stop is in the medieval city of Bruges, in Belgium. Enjoy free time in the city; take a stroll along cobblestone streets, admire the historic buildings, stock up on Belgian chocolate or indulge in a Belgian waffle (or two). After Bruges, it’s time to continue the last leg of the journey back to London. Cross the English Channel and arrive back in London towards the end of the day. Tonight, choose to end the tour on a festive note with an optional farewell dinner at a local curry house on the famous Brick Lane!

Day 14

End of tour in London

After two incredible weeks, the tour comes to an end this morning. Enjoy breakfast with the group at the hotel where you can say goodbye to your newly made travel friends. We hope to welcome you back on the road again soon

This tour will provide great insight into the crimes, the victims and what it was like to live in London during that period. Experience a highlight of European travel when you journey to Jungfraujoch - the top of Europe! Take the Eiger Express cable car to 3,454m above sea level. Get ready for breathtaking mountain views as you go, the trip is part of the adventure! Arrive at Jungfraujoch which is the highest train station in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy the year-round snow, take in the panoramic alpine scenery, marvel at the massive Aletsch Glacier and explore the magical ice palace and Sphinx Observatory! Explore Rome and truly “conquer the capital” on this optional excursion! Join your tour leader on a bucket-list ticking treasure hunt challenge around Rome’s city centre and walk in the footsteps of emperors and gladiators! Encounter iconic sites including the Largo di Torre Argentina, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Hadrian’s Temple, Marcus Aurelius Square, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. You’ll also get to enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant in the city (vegetarian and vegan options are available) and indulge in a gelato tasting!

On your free day in Rome, why not take a guided walking tour of the stunning Colosseum and visit the ruins of the ancient Roman Forum? Accompanied by a local tour guide, learn the history behind the stunning buildings that once stood in the centre of Rome. Included is the entrance ticket as well as the services of the local guide.

Something to add to your Venetian experience is a cruise of the canals on a classic water taxi. Cruise along in style on these wooden motorboats with their leather seats and private drivers. Explore the Grand Canal, the main highway of the Floating City, and see some of the main sights like the Santa Maria Della Salute church and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore

A gondola ride is the perfect way to appreciate the beauty and charm of Venice. Feel part of an ancient Venetian tradition and experience Venice as the locals have for more than a thousand years. Your visit isn't complete until you have experienced this!
